TEHRAN – Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Mahmud Hashemi Shahrudi said on Wednesday that the Judiciary has completed its work on the political crime bill and it has been sent to the administration and the Majlis for ratification.

He also said that about 8000 people who had been imprisoned for debts of less than 100 million rials have been pardoned by Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and will be released before Iranian New Year’s Day (March 21).
